Damp & Mould Surveys in the UK
About The Damp and Mould Survey Company
At The Damp and Mould Survey Company, we provide independent, professional damp and mould surveys for residential and commercial properties across the UK. Our aim is simple: to identify the true cause of damp and mould problems and provide clear, honest advice that helps property owners make informed decisions.
Unlike companies that sell damp-proofing treatments, we focus solely on surveying and reporting. This means our recommendations are completely impartial and based on the condition of your property, not on selling unnecessary products or services.
Independent Damp & Mould Specialists
If you’ve noticed mould growth, damp patches, peeling paint, condensation, or persistent musty smells, our experienced surveyors can identify the underlying cause. We carry out thorough, non invasive inspections using professional moisture detection equipment to assess the condition of your property.
Our surveys investigate a range of common issues, including:
- Rising damp
- Penetrating damp
- Condensation and mould growth
- Poor ventilation
- Moisture build up and associated building defects
Clear Reports You Can Trust
Every survey includes a detailed property inspection, moisture readings, photographic evidence, and a comprehensive written report explaining our findings. We provide practical recommendations that are easy to understand, helping you resolve problems correctly and avoid unnecessary remedial work.
